We're celebrating 17 years of the PKBGT!

The Peggy Kirk Bell Girls' Golf Tour (PKBGT) is the largest girls-only junior golf tour in the United States that began in 2007. On March 24th, 2007, the PKBGT hosted their first-ever competitive tournament at Bermuda Run Country Club in North Carolina which featured a field of 26 girls.

17 years later, we host over 150 tournaments a year in 11 states with fields of over 60 girls on average. We continue to pave the way for girls to play competitive golf in an inclusive environment where every girl can play and develop at their pace. Now, we would like to celebrate the achievements the PKBGT has accomplished and the growth that girls' golf has seen, especially in the last decade.

PKBGT Founder's Day presented by Girls Golf of America on March 24th, 2024

Join us on March 24th, 2024 for a special 24-hour giving day celebrating the PKBGT!
Expect to see exciting initiatives announced, ways to give back to the community through donating, and celebrating with all girls in golf.

As we continue to expand and grow, additional resources are needed to continue operating the tour at a high level. We have also seen a record high in grant requests during the first three months of 2024.

Girls Golf of America is a 501(c)3 non-profit foundation whose mission is to create equity of opportunity for girls in competitive golf through the Peggy Kirk Bell Girls' Golf Tour and other initiatives.

Girls Golf of America serves as the foundation for the PKBGT to become a hub of resources for girls and their families when they enter into golf. We are working towards establishing educational opportunities, development initiatives, and additional grants to provide financial assistance for girls in need.

Are you interested in having a special impact on this day?

Please reach out to our Development Manager, CJ, at cj@girlsgolfofamerica.org to discuss potential opportunities. We are looking for donors who want to establish their own grant or create a matching gift challenge for the day.

Founder's Day will focus on raising funds for additional grants for players needing financial assistance and helping establish the Girls Golf of America endowment for financial stability in the future.
