How Can You Make A Difference For Girls Golf?
Support a Girls Golf of America Giving Fund:

Our mission is to provide equity of opportunity for girls in on-course competitions. Through the development of PKBGT Regional Series combined with the multi-layered skill/yardage based national tournament pathway, the PKBGT is changing the competitive environment for girls and leveling the playing field. In our 14 years. we have grown to over 120 girls-only events and 1,200 members annually.  No more boys tournament with a girls field. No more girls at the back of the field on the tee sheet. Girls are the focus… Development is the focus… Opportunity is the focus… Success is the reality!

Making sure any player wanting to play is able is a key goal of Girls Golf of America.  In the last three years, over 135 Inspire.Dream.Achieve Grants and First Tournament Free Vouchers have been granted to girls of need.  The need for these funds only increases as we introduce the program to new regions and as players coming out of the developmental programs need access to the more expensive national level events.

Our goal with the PKBGT is for each event to be more than just a golf tournament.  As a pioneer in the game and business of golf, Ms. Bell was a trailblazer whose spirit we want to pass on to the girls playing in our events.  In the current age of Covid, events have become less personal as we have to limit interactions for player safety.  We plan to continue to innovate to make the player experience second to none, including real-time live scoring using the Shotstat Live application, player gifts that connect, seminars to educate and speakers to motivate our membership.

Additionally, the PKBGT is looking to fund an internship program to bring in talented young individuals with a passion for golf administration. The intern will be involved in every facet of the tour from player engagement, marketing and tournament administration.
